The ALDI Employee Relief Fund was created to help employees who are facing financial hardship immediately after a natural disaster or an unforeseen personal hardship. This program provides tax-free grants to help ALDI employees in need when they are facing the unexpected.

The Emergency Assistance Foundation, Inc. administers all fund activities, and when needed assist applicants with their grant applications. ALDI will not have any insight into the grant process unless a grant recipient chooses to share his or her story.
